A three-level weatherboard on what locals call the best street in the inner west has come to market for the first time in almost thirty years.
Behind its lime-green front door the house opens into a light-filled living room and a kitchen that steps down to a north-facing garden. Two upper levels hold four bedrooms, a study and a rooftop terrace with district views.
The vendors raised their family here and are heading north to the coast. “We’ve loved every minute,” they said. “It’s time for someone else to make it theirs.”
